🥣 Προετοιμασία – Πριν από την υλοποίηση

  • Prepare the “10 Easy Ways” handout summarising the ten strategies.
  • Set up a shared Padlet or Google Doc for the Tool Ideas Bank.
  • Test all tools to be demonstrated (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, voice recorder apps).
  • Prepare 2-3 live demonstration examples relevant to the participants’ teaching contexts.

🔥 Βήματα υλοποίησης

  • Introduction (10 min): Open with a quick poll or show of hands – “Which digital tools do you already use?” Normalise starting small.
  • Overview of 10 Ways (20 min): Walk through the ten strategies with brief examples. Focus on accessibility and low-barrier entry points.
  • Live Demo (20 min): Demonstrate 2-3 strategies live. Show how to use AI to simplify a text, generate a quiz, or create a vocabulary activity.
  • Pair Activity (5 min): Participants find one short text online and draft a prompt for a different language level.
  • Planning & Application (20 min): Each participant chooses one strategy and completes a simple planning template: Which tool? For which learner group? What is the task? What is the one-sentence instruction for learners?
  • Q&A, Sharing & Closing (10 min): Participants post their planned activity to the Tool Ideas Bank. Distribute the handout. Closing prompt: “Commit to trying just one thing.”

🧂 Διαφοροποίηση και Συμπερίληψη

  • For less tech-confident educators: Stress that starting with just one tool is a success. Focus on the simplest strategies.
  • For more tech-confident educators: Challenge them to explore how tools can be used by learners actively.
  • Provide clear, written instructions for all demonstrated prompts so educators can replicate them without memorising steps.
