LinkedIn Interview Preparation Tool

Pedagogy

Agency – self directed, self paced learning but the questions are pre-chosen, you can’t add your own.
Motivation – safe space, sand box – ability to practice interview techniques where you feel most comfortable, where no one human is judging your answer or choice of words, low stakes, it’s ok to get it wrong here.
Methods – Online, web based, video, text, transcription. Each suggested question comes with a short video and transcript explaining how to answer the interview question. For each question the learner can submit practice videos and receive instant feedback.
Resources – short courses, videos and interactive interview simulation.
Teaching and Learning – Videos and tutorials guide learners through body language and interview tips. These are asynchronous tutorials with no opportunity to check with a human but could be used in a classroom situation.
Assessment – Get instant, AI-powered feedback on the delivery of your answer when you practice and record a video.
Empowering Learners – Lots of useful information, self paced, can repeat answers to practice.
Effectiveness
Impact on learning outcomes – feedback can be taken on board such as slowing down and using fewer filler words and practice is always useful, there are also example answers to assist learners but they will need to be tailored to suit individuals so the learner still has to put the work in to get results/
