The article reviews research on how AI supports inclusive education, especially for underrepresented and special needs students. AI enables personalized learning, early identification of at-risk students, and improved accessibility through tools like intelligent tutors, language translation, and assistive technologies. Despite its potential, challenges like teacher training gaps, infrastructure issues, and algorithmic bias remain. A systematic review of Scopus publications shows growing global interest in using AI for inclusive education. The article calls for integrating ethics, psychology, and educational technology to ensure AI promotes equity and social justice in learning.
