Lärarledd digitaliseringMöjligheter och förbehåll på tröskeln till ett nytt AI-landskap

In this report, Swedish Teachers’ Union (Sveriges Lärare) show how their members view digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the education system and what they think it means for children’s and students’ learning.
Increased digitalisation is not an end in itself, but a tool to improve teaching. It is therefore crucial that teachers are involved in the entire digitalisation process from acquisition to use and development.
There must be room for collegial discussions on digital working methods and employers must provide opportunities for continuous skills development.
